AntHRopos- The Fiesta Flagship Event

'antHRopos': the HR Flagship event of Aircel-Fiesta 2011.


An HR Casestudy based competition which will test your comprehension of the industry and the pertinent HR issues. Three challenging rounds to test your presence of mind and your ability to stand the pressure.


Round 1: HR Quotient (Online Round)
A quiz blitzkrieg. It is a test of your basic HR knowledge combined with out-of-the-box thinking. Battle it out in teams of 2 in a time span of 4 hours. How many can you solve?
Time window: 25th November, 8:00 pm-11:59:59 pm

Round 2: Benchmarked (Online Round)
A case-study cum telephonic round. Teams will be given a case-study on a relevant HR issue. They will have to engage its rival companies (the contact details will be provided to the teams during the launch of the 2nd round) in benchmarking activities over the phone. Based on the inputs that the teams receive along with their own rationale, they will have to come up with an innovative and appropriate solution to the problem.

Round 3: antHRopos Finale (Campus Round)
The top 5 teams from the 2nd Round will be given a case-study. They will have to compete against the best minds in the country while devising HR strategies for real world problems and come up with solutions in front of the esteemed jury in an on-campus finale.
